Anne Falcone

 

It was a dash of stay-at-home mom stress and a sprinkling of serendipity that led Anne to her first yoga class in 2001. Yoga offered Anne a way to stay centered and nourished, and she’s been practicing ever since.  Following her passion for spirit, Anne became a certified Spiritual Director through the Mercy Center.  Loving how the interconnection of breath and movement of body, mind and spirit brought peace and renewal, Anne followed the still voice within and became a 200-hour certified yoga instructor through Lotus Gardens Yoga School.  She enjoys sharing this gift with others through New Fairfield’s Parks and Rec, Ann’s Place, and periodically with several area corporations and businesses.

Anne’s teaching draws from various yoga disciplines and somatic techniques she experiences from her teachers.  Her alignment-based classes welcome all and focus on breath and mindful movement, gently build strength, flexibility and balance, allowing students to work at their own pace in a safe and transformational environment creating space for body, mind, and spirit to find freedom and ease.

Slow Flow Yoga

An alignment based class of mindful movement and classical yoga poses linking breath with movement, balancing effort with ease. While all are welcome, this class is ideal for beginners through intermediate practitioners. Please bring a mat.

Monthly prepaid sessions are $13/class
